Following an amendment to the General Penal Code passed by Alþingi (the Icelandic parliament) on 2 July 2015, the National and University Library of Iceland has opened access to issue 2 of volume 43 of the magazine Spegillinn, from 1983, on the website timarit.is. A paper copy of the issue is also available in the National Collection Reading Room on the 1st floor of Þjóðarbókhlaða, the library building at Arngrímsgata 3.
