ÁTTAVITINN (The Compass) is a new option in the left-hand column of the Library’s website. Among other things, it is meant to point the way to useful aids for information searching, present new resources and give guidance on using them.
Áttavitinn is still at the trial stage, and we hope to develop its content in cooperation with users, professionals, students and anyone else interested. Most of the guides therefore have a tab “Láttu okkur vita …” (Let us know …) where users can send us suggestions and messages.
Áttavitinn already points in ten directions and is heading in various others.
