In summer 2019 an agreement was signed to buy an information system for research in Iceland (a Current Research Information System, CRIS). The system is Pure, from the company Elsevier, and it is used around the world. Preparations for introducing it at the universities and the main research institutions in Iceland are in full swing.
We are now looking for a name for the system. The name must be descriptive, must not contain letters found only in Icelandic, must be possible to decline (inflect by Icelandic grammatical case), and its domain name must be available.
The deadline for suggestions is 1 June 2020.
The prize is a gift voucher worth ISK 30,000.
