National and University Library of Iceland
The National and University Library of Iceland is the library of the University of Iceland under a collaboration agreement with the university. University of Iceland students have priority access to a variety of services. Library cards are free of charge and University of Iceland students receive a half-off discount on various paid services.

Faculty of Law Library in Lögberg
The library is the library for the Faculty of Law of the University of Iceland and the largest law library in the country. Collection materials are only loaned to employees and students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Iceland. All students of the Faculty of Law can borrow books for up to 3 days. Faculty teachers and master's and undergraduate students working on their final thesis in law at the University of Iceland can borrow books for 30 days.

School of Education Educational Resources and Children's Library
The Educational Materials Library contains teaching materials for pre-school and primary schools that are currently in use in schools. Older textbooks from the time of the National Institute of Education, the Educational Materials Institute and the State Textbook Publishing House, as well as other publishers, are also preserved in a storage room in the basement.
The Children's Book Collection contains a selection of children's books, with an emphasis on selected Icelandic children's books, as well as high-quality translated works. However, a comprehensive collection of children's books is preserved in the storage facilities of the National Library of Iceland - University Library.

The Súlnasal has good working facilities for students and is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Library materials are loaned out for 30 days and the service desk is staffed part of the day. Health Sciences Library of LSH and UI
The goal of the Health Sciences Library of Landspítali and the University of Iceland is to provide LSH employees as well as students and teachers at the School of Health Sciences of the University of Iceland with access to the scientific and clinical information and knowledge they need in their studies and work. To this end, the Health Sciences Library offers access to and assistance with the use of major databases and journals in the field of health sciences and is an almost entirely electronic library.
