This year marks 70 years since Halldór Laxness received the Nobel Prize in Literature. To mark the occasion, Gljúfrasteinn, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Iceland and the National and University Library of Iceland, is organizing an exhibition of Halldór's awards at the National Library.
The exhibition runs until December 19th and is open every weekday between 9 am and 5 pm and on Saturdays between 10 am and 5 pm. The exhibition is in an exhibition space on the 1st floor of the museum.
