A short guided reference search is available to students at the University of Iceland. The guided tour is expected to take 30-45 minutes and students are encouraged to prepare well so that the time is used as efficiently as possible.

The library purchases publications for the University of Iceland according to the wishes of teachers. Students, scholars, and other users of the library can make suggestions for book purchases.
