Until the end of March, there is nationwide access to the full texts of 330 Cambridge University Press electronic journals from 2010 to the present.

The journals are in various fields of study such as agriculture, zoology, archaeology, anthropology, biology, biotechnology, management, computer science, environmental science, economics, engineering, history, law, literature, mathematics, medicine and health science, music, nutrition, philosophy, physics, political science, psychology, religious studies and sociology.

There will also be access to around 550 e-books in the Cambridge Companions series in the fields of music, literature and classics, and philosophy, religion and culture.

On the National Library website hvar.is – there is a link to two search interfaces, Cambridge Journals where you can search both electronic journals and e-books, as well as a special search interface for the e-books in Cambridge Companions .

Steps have been taken to ensure that the content of the magazines and e-books will be searchable on leitir.is within ten days. 

The trial access is until the end of March and is nationwide, similar to National Access subscriptions.
