Dr. Sigrún Klara Hannesdóttir, former National Librarian, handed over her personal archive to the manuscript collection of the National Library of Iceland – University Library on May 26th. National Librarian Ingibjörg Steinunn Sverrisdóttir (right) received the collection, which previously housed the personal archives of National Librarians Guðmundur Finnbogason, Finnbog Guðmundsson and Finn Sigmundsson.
