Benedikt Hjartarson delivers a talk he calls: "Every page must explode": On avant-garde, poetry and print experiments"
and Vigdís Rún Jónsdóttir discusses the mapping of concrete poetry in Iceland between 1955-1975.

On Tuesday, November 24th at the same time, Úlfhildur Dagsdóttir will give a talk about the concrete poetry of Óskar Árni Óskarsson, and Sjón and Ólafur Engilbertsson will discuss Dadaism and the publications of Medúsa and Smekkleysa.

The lectures are held in collaboration with the "Research Center for Avantgarde" at the University of Iceland ( http://avantgarde.hi.is/ )
