The exhibition "Voices of the Past. Manuscripts, Prints and Personal Sources" was opened at the National Library on June 2, 2021. The exhibition is a collaborative project between several units of the preservation department of the National Library of Iceland - University Library: the Icelandic Collection, the Manuscript Collection, the Women's History Collection and special collections. The exhibition features various items from the holdings of these units: books, manuscripts, maps, documents, letters and more, along with a brief discussion of the history of these units, their collection and role, with reference to Icelandic book history.
