Zhang Weidong, the Chinese Ambassador to Iceland, delivered the final lecture of the series on Iceland-China relations on Tuesday, March 28th. He called his talk “How to drink Chinese Tea and Tea ceremony” and the talk was delivered in English. A short documentary about Chinese tea drinking was shown and Kailiang Liu and Hinrik Hólmfríðarson Ólason performed a tea ceremony. The event was well attended and guests had the opportunity to taste tea prepared by the artists at the end. The China-Iceland exhibition will end on Sunday, April 2nd.
