    At the morning meeting of the Icelandic Women's History Museum in the lecture hall of the National Library today, December 5, Arnheiður Steinþórsdóttir, an MA student in history, presented her final thesis from her undergraduate studies: "When women conquered the radio." Anna Dröfn Ágústsdóttir, director of studies, and Lóa Auðunsdóttir, assistant professor of graphic design at the Department of Design and Architecture at the Iceland Academy of the Arts, also presented the research project The Face of Icelandic Women's Struggle .

    There was a large crowd at the morning meeting held on the birthday of Anna Sigurðardóttir (1908-1996), founder and first director of the Women's History Museum.
