A new website for the Icelandic Toy Museum – leikminjasafn.is – has been launched.

The site includes a database of theatre performances and artists that has been restored and is now accessible after a brief hiatus. Most of the content from the old Play Museum website has been moved to the new site, and information about the museum's collection will gradually be added.

The collection of the Toy Museum is now preserved in the National Library of Iceland – University Library and the National Museum of Iceland .
