The National and University Library of Iceland has now taken over the website openaccess.is/opinnadgangur.is again and will be responsible for its operation in the future.
The website is intended to be a source of information on everything related to open access both in Iceland and abroad. Various information about open access will be published on the website, especially on developments abroad, as there are many things happening in open access and publishing matters at the moment. The website also contains information on the origin and history of open access, explanations of terms and links to foreign information sites about open access.

The Twitter account @openaccess_is has also been opened and it will be possible to follow the news feed from there directly from the openaccess.is front page.
