Reykjavík City Library, in collaboration with the National Library System, has opened the Electronic Library.

The goal of the Electronic Library is to offer the public access to a diverse selection of electronic and audio books.

For the time being, the Electronic Library service will only be available to borrowers of the City Library, but it is expected that more public libraries will later offer the Electronic Library service to their borrowers.

The National Library of Iceland – University Library congratulates the Reykjavík City Library and the National Library System on the e-Library.
