
This summer, the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture purchased the PURE research system, which is intended to be an information system (Current Research Information System (CRIS)) for research work in the country.
On December 17th, a kick-off meeting was held to formally launch the implementation process. A steering committee and task forces have been formed to participate in the implementation process, including representatives from all universities in Iceland, the National Hospital, the National Library of Iceland – University Library and several research institutions.
