on the occasion of the New Chaucer Society conference

On the occasion of the New Chaucer Society's international conference, a special exhibition of manuscripts held by the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies will be held at the Icelandic National Museum from 15th to 18th July. The exhibition will include, among other things, a part of the Egilssóg manuscript from around 1300 and a Grettirssóg and Jónsbókar manuscript from the 16th century. The exhibition is part of the manuscript museum's summer exhibition, Paper Manuscripts and Skins, which will be open until the autumn . For more information about the Chaucer conference, visit:
