An exhibition about Guðrún Lárusdóttir was opened at the National Library on Wednesday, May 9, to a large audience. At the opening, addresses were given by Ingibjörg Steinunn Sverrisdóttir, National Librarian, Dr. María Ágústsdóttir on behalf of Guðrún's descendants, and Málfríður Finnbogadóttir, the author of the exhibition. The exhibition is part of the Independence Day program.
