On Saturday, February 9, two exhibitions were opened in the museum and a symposium was held about Hafstein Guðmundsson. Eight talks were given, in addition to which Hafstein's son Guðmundur gave a short speech and presented the museum with his father's drawings. The doors were packed and a good atmosphere was created for the talks and exhibitions.
