The website openaccess.is has been updated. It provides the latest information on the status of open access in Iceland; guidance for professionals, scholars, students and the public regarding open access issues.

The aim of the update is to make information about open access more accessible to users and to increase the usability of the website. The website is developed by staff of the National Library of Iceland – University Library and is intended to support the development of open research in line with international trends.
