The Bibliotek Nordica book art exhibition, a joint exhibition with 82 books by 84 Nordic artists' books in A6 format, was opened 17 May 2021 at the National and University Library of Iceland. Twelve Icelandic artists have works in the exhibition, which has been set up in six countries over the past two years. This is a Codex Polaris project organised by Imi Maufe, Megan Adie og Bent Kvisgaard. ​The aim for Bibliotek Nordica is to create a collection of easy-to-access Nordic artist books that can be used as a reference for contemporary book practices and also create a network between the Nordic countries.  The exhibition runs until Sunday 22 August. Open weekdays 9-17. Closed Saturdays and Sundays. Events related to the exhibition will be announced in more detail later.
