On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the National Theatre, all of the National Theatre's theater programs from its inception will be made available on timarit.is and the National Theatre's website. The National and University Library of Iceland and the National Theatre recently signed a collaboration agreement on the project. The theater programs will be registered, scanned and made available on the timarit.is website. This is a major milestone in the dissemination of Icelandic theatre history. Sigríður Jónsdóttir, a specialist at the National Theatre Museum, has led this work.
