On May 13th 2019 the lecture The changing landscape of academic publications in a Nordic context was held at the National and University Library of Iceland. The lecture is about open access and was held by Nina Karlstrøm on behalf of NOS-HS. NOS-HS is the joint committee for Nordic research councils in the humanities and social sciences. Nina Karlstrøm is the Head of Section for License Agreements and Open Access at Unit Norway which recently made a „Publish & read“agreement with Elsevier.
