In connection to an exhibition in the library on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Icelandic Bible Society a lecture will be held in the lecture hall of the library on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at 12:10- 12:40. Sigfús Jónasson student of theology gives a lecture in Icelandic "Gullni ljóminn kemur úr norðrinu - Notkun Ebenezers Hendersons á Gamla testamentinu í Ferðabók sinni".  (A golden glow coming from the north – Ebenezer Henderson´s usage of the Old Testament in his Iceland travel book). Moderator will be Þuríður Björg Wium, student of theology. There will be refreshments after the lecture.
