Cataloguing Services

The National Library offers cataloguing services for smaller libraries where acquisitions are small. This includes classification, cataloguing and linking to Gegnir-Library System. Also, spine labels are placed on books upon request.

• For price information see fees. In the case of many links to Gegnir in a book shipment, the general price might decrease. This will be evaluated on individual basis.
• Assignments that require hasty services will not be accepted since this work is done simultaneously with other work in the Library.
• Up to 50 books are accepted at a time.
